If not running 3.1, is all other versions not working

    I run 3.0.3 and have noticed errors on a couple plugins and couple of host server errors.

    Is there a server problem or what’s going on?

    Probably a server problem.

    And if you’re not going to upgrade to 3.1 you should consider 3.0.5 for security fixes.

    I checked with Yahoo! for server issues, and they say everything is fine.

    Download failed.: Couldn’t resolve host ‘www.ads-software.com’

    Installation Failed

    That just happened when I tried to download the new version…

    My wishlist member plugin does not work and a lot of other stuff says it can find host…

    I dont know what this means at all.

    That would be an error with your server not being able to reach wordpress.

    If it’s causing other apps, which reach out to third-party servers, to fail, then it is most DEFINITELY a server issue.

    Tell your host “When I try and query other servers from my website, it fails with ‘could not resolve host.’ Is this not permitted?”
