If the capture is ours, it doesn’t show

  • Hi.
    I can do a capture with different programs (Shutter and Flameshot, in this case), upload it at Imgur or even at my own server as an image, paste the link in its little window (“Screenshot URL” window) and click on “Generate New Screenshot”. Wait a second and the result is… This:

    I can repeat several times, update, refresh page… whatever. The image place remains almost empty, with a ?10%? of the picture, maybe?

    The issue is that I need, sometimes, to have a different view of the website, not the direct capture.

    Any thoughts, please?

    I use Trisquel 8.0 (based in Ubuntu 16.04).
    DE LxQT 0.10.0
    Flameshot compiled with QT 5.5.1
    Shutter 0.93.1
    WordPress 5.3

    Hello,
    Did you try to add your own image “choose image” button, next to “generate screenshot” button ? also if your using the 1200px screenshot size in settings, try the 320px setting.
