If the plugin doesn’t block spam for you:
Please check if you have entered phrases that you consider spam.
In order for the plugin to block spam, you need to manually add words to the blacklist, or use our API option (PRO).
If you have added words and you still receive emails containing these words, make sure that the forms you are using are supported by MASPIK.
    Maspik support:
    Elementor Forms
    Contact Forms 7
    Gravity Forms (Maspik Pro needed)
    WPforms (Maspik Pro needed)
    WP Comments
    Wp Registration
    Woocommerce Registration (Maspik Pro needed)
    Woocommerce Review (Maspik Pro needed)

If the plugin blocks your emails and leads that are not spam:
Check what words you are blocking in the blocklist, or maybe you are blocking a language or country.
The first step is to check your spam log.
Below the plugin page on your site, there is a blocked spam log subpage that stores the last 100 requests that were blocked.
And there you can see the reason for each of these blocks.
Then either remove the block or specify it better.

If you still have a problem or question, you can contact me through the form on the website and I will answer as soon as possible.
