If the text is long in GPT4, cURL error 28.

    Dear and respected Jordi How are you?

    I got an invitation from openAI to access GPT4. But a very big problem arose.

    I can’t write long text in GPT4.

    If the text is long, the following error is output.

    AI Engine: Error while calling OpenAI: Error while calling OpenAI: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 120000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Is there a time limit on the server? Or is it possible to process it as a development in a plugin?

    Or is it a situation where you have to ask the openAI community a question?

    I’ve tried all the time adjustments, such as php.ini, but it doesn’t work.

    (I’m using AWS Lightsail.)

    I solved it. This was completely a server issue. I requested support from AWS, updated the latest PHP version and SQL version, and modified the firewall, and the problem was resolved.

    Hey CL, could you please confirm which version of PHP and SQL solved the issue? I’m still seeing the same error as you.
