If there is a way to set time offset to imported feed?

Hello!

I can not force one of my imported calendar feeds to display the correct time (time offset is +5 hours). I suspect there is something wrong with the time zone setting in the original feed.

If there is a way to set time offset to such feeds, which are displaying wrong time?
