If there is no comment,nothing show up on comment section(with solve suggestion)

On my new website, i realize if there is no comment on a post, wordpress comment section isn’t show up.

I looked in the code.
/public_html/wp-content/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/components/comments/comments.php

In this file, there is a condition like that:
if ($comments){
on line 25
it checks there is any comment. But if there is no comment, nothing show up because of this.
So i deleted this code and of course close bracked also, my problem solved.

You can solve this problem with same way.
