  • I really need help.
    I installed WP just today, but have already installed it on another computer some time ago. I didn’t have any problems, but now, as I have my own subdomain, I can’t edit the theme with WP. I have to upload everything by FTP… Is there any way to change this? Please explain so that I can understand it… thanks very much!

  • You need to change the file permissions to be able to write to the file. Your ftp client will be able to do this.
    Right click on a file on the server and see if you can CHMOD or alter the permissions that way ?
    If not, post back and tell us what ftp client you are using.
