• I discovered this plugin around two weeks ago after testing various online forms plugins.

It appears to be the most effective plugin in this category. I began making serious plans and even planned to purchase a number of paid add-ons. Despite the fact that the paid add-ons package I was considering purchasing is $ 266 (quite a bit more than most of the plugins on themeforest.net), I figured it would be a good investment because I don’t have a better alternative.

But after several tests of the plugin, problems and errors started to appear. Furthermore, I began reading the support forum and discovered that the plugin seemed to have been abandoned.

So, I don’t know what to do next. What do you do if a plugin’s developer stops updating and maintaining it?
I hope that the abandonment is temporary and Alexander will have the necessary motivation to continue. But what should he do if he lacks motivation or is unable to continue due to a variety of factors?

In this case, what are our options?

Ok, Alexander, thank you. Do you plan to further develop the plugin so that it works with the latest version of WP and at least PHP 7.4?

    Dear Alexander,

I am confident that you are well aware that no serious web designer will accept the use of a plugin that lacks support, regular updates, development, and has operational and security issues.

However, I also am fully conscious that developing a free plugin (as in your case) for a long period of time is not feasible. Sooner or later, you’ll ask yourself if it’s worth the effort and whether you should keep going.

As a result, I recommend that you update the plugin and sell it for $59 on themeforest.net, for example. On www.ads-software.com, a minimal version of plugin may remain.

I guarantee you will have at least 500 sales in the first two months with a minimum promotion, and then you will have consistent sales every month after that. The money you earn this way will allow you to keep the product running and develop it further.

You have a good product in a niche market where there is currently no competition. Take advantage of the fact that you are still the first in this field. If you are not going to do it, sooner or later, someone else will take over the development of such a project and it will make it successful. It would be a pity given your previous efforts.

    Hi,
Yes – please update this wonderful plugin so we can use it with PHP 8.
I’m too willing to pay onetime reasonable price.
    Thanks!
    Ram

@ustimenko I’ve recently updated WordPress WITHOUT realizing that your AMAZING plugin would no longer work. In fact, I had the “white screen of death” until I was able to figure out that it was this plugin. I had to disable/deactivate it in order to get my site back online. Do you have any plans to make it compatible with newer WordPress and PHP? I would hate to have to find a replacement plugin … yours is absolutely perfect for what I need! Amazing work!!!

Another vote to keep this plugin running! it is amazing and theres nothing that matches it on wordpress

btw, im using php 7.4 and wordpress 5.9.3 and your plugin is working like a charm
