If you have recently upgraded the plugin from 1.0.5 to 1.1.x and are experiencing unexpected output, errors in the browser window and/or log, or other issues, please try the following, IN ORDER:

    1. Go to the settings page, review the options, and save them. In fact, upon upgrading you must do this to ensure that proper defaults are set for new options. If you’ve already done this, please do it again.
    2. If the above step does not resolve your issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, and repeat step 1, above.
    3. If uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve your issue, please uninstall, and roll back to version 1.0.5 from this page.
    4. Finally, if the plugin continues to produce unacceptable output or exhibits bad behavior, please just uninstall it. A complete bug report, including a list of other plugins (I am assuming that you checked the this topic, first), is greatly appreciated, but I cannot guarantee response time (nor can I guarantee a response at all).

This code is GPL; if you find something which is broken, I encourage you to fix it and submit a patch to me for inclusion in a later official version. This is less than a part-time effort for me; I am a full time engineer and IT consultant, as well as a working accountant, with a wife still undergoing chemotherapy, so free time for things like this is not something in abundance in 2015. Please understand that.

Thanks to everyone for your support and warm wishes for my wife and family. I will do my best to get back into this project as time allows. I am not abandoning it.
