• Hi All,

I have just installed my blog here: https://www.blog.strikecover.com – it was working perfectly during development in MAMP (using older version of WP) since installing it on and using the new 3.0.4 WP it’s completely broken any from of iframe embedding.

I have tried using work arounds mentioned online such as
    ? TSL iframe unfilter
    ? Page View
? IFRAME Embed For YouTube and now Fancybox

Nothing has worked so far – you can look at the blog to see to efforts, trying to show a youtube video.

Does anyone have an answer? Shall I just install an older version of WP – is this possible, recommended?

Any answers would be super. I have no more ideas!

    Many thanks
    Carl

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    Hi Esmi,

Thanks for you response, I tried what you said and just got the same thing… nothing but code. Have you upgraded to 3.0.4, do you have the same problems? You can see my issue and latest efforts here: https://blog.strikecover.com/

    Thanks again.

    Carl.

From Godaddy.com I received an email stating that they had discovered that iframe was not working with WordPress. Why? Apparently they don’t know. Hope this helps and triggers a response from WordPress.
