• I have a client that wants to show their Rumble videos on a WordPress page. I know how to embed individual videos, but my client wants the videos to update automatically on the page whenever new ones are added. I thought of using an iFrame to their Rumble Channel but it doesn’t work. I just get a “Rumble.com refused to connect” message when viewing the page.

I know the iFrame code is correct because it works with other sites. Interestingly, I tried the same thing with a YouTube channel for testing purposes and I get the same type of error message. Do these social platforms have some sort of privacy setting that doesn’t allow iFrames?

Does anyone have any idea why this occures? If not, is there a plugin similar to Smash Balloon YouTube feed that would work with Rumble?

    Thank you

  • Rumble has set on the server side that their websites cannot be integrated via iframe. This cannot be bypassed.

There are some plugins that support video integration. There may also be some that already support the integration of lists from Rumble. During my research I haven’t found one that explicitly mentions this, but I did find a 2-year-old support forum entry here that mentions that it might be possible in the future: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/embedpress/

Alternatively, you would have to use their API to access such data. Of course, this requires a lot of custom programming. If you can’t do this yourself, you may be able to find someone here who can help you: https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Thanks for the input. We were able to use RSS app javascript to do the job.
