iframe formatting error / breaks in Duplicate Course

I duplicated a course. All the lessons containing media tags (iframe) are broken.

This issue also persisted while duplicating lessons. I previously reported the issue and was fixed in version 4.1.4.1 (2021-12-22).
~ Fixed: error save value on the textarea format code HTML.
