    Howdy,

You can try and set a custom thank you page with for example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wc-custom-thank-you/ or similar.

You can then add an iframe for that page i.e. <iframe src="https://woocommerce.com" title="Just WooCommerce"></iframe>

    Kind regards,

Thank you very much, but I can’t find a plugin with this specific action. I just need to change the thank you instructios to add an iframe (google forms) or a form indeed, but it has to be according to the payment method

    Thank you in advance

    Hi again,

I just need to change the thank you instructios to add an iframe (google forms) or a form indeed, but it has to be according to the payment method

Would you maybe have a screenshot or design of what you are trying to build? That would make it easier for us to think of a suitable approach for you.

    Thank you very much

There is some payments I need to manually confirm,in order to do that I need the reference number of the transaction. Google form it’s ok because I can check it via spreadsheets. But it’s just an option

    Hi @srosales1000 ,

I understand you would like to collect the reference number of a transaction from the order received or thank you page after checkout, right?

Instead of using an iframe (which I believe would work as per the previous suggestion), you can also try to use any contact form plugin that you can add using shortcode. Most contact form plugins will allow you to export the collected data to some sort of list.

I couldn’t locate a specific plugin that collects additional information from the order received page.

    Thank you.
