Thanks for this plugin that looks to be just what I need. I have loaded the example presentation and am having a problem getting it fully working.

The first issue related to the images, but I got over this by renaming all the src= entries in slides from /wp-content/plugins/html5_slideshow_presentation/ to /wp/wp-content/plugins/html5-slideshow-presentations/ (i.e. to use the subfolder wp, “-” instead of “_” and presentations instead of presentation.

Another issue, but probably not to worry about is that I get an error message that https://localhost/css/html5-presentation.css is not found.

The issue I am asking for help on is that none of the slides with iframes display their iframe – I get the error message

Refused to display ‘https://www.ads-software.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘SAMEORIGIN’

. I doubt if I will use iframes when I do my own presentations but it would be nice to get the whole example presentation working. Search gives an answer to put <?php header(‘X-Frame-Options: GOFORIT’); ?> into the page, but I do not know what to do.

I am using the Suffusion theme on my WAMP.

Thanks for any help – but not to worry if it is not easy to solve.

Thanks for reporting. For security reasons, the internet is getting stricter about embedding cross-domain iframes. I updated the iframe examples to use my homepage, and the downloadable sample file to use ‘/’ (your site’s home), so that is not an issue, but as far as your question goes, no, it won’t necessarily work with any iframe source. If the site you’re attempting to embed sends headers forbidding usage in an iframe, it will not work.
