Iframe popup is not working (about:blank#blocked)

I’m adding popup by using Supsystic.
I used the iframe template, it has just one div with the iframe in it.
I configured a button to open the popup(https://[supsystic-show-popup id=104])

The observation is that it works in local and preview mode of dev site but it does not work in case of non-preview mode of the dev site. It just opens a new tab with “about:blank#blocked” in the URL section of the browser.
