I have the problem that I have to accept the cookies on every single page, if I have an installation of wordpress that I display in an iframe on a other site.

Is there any chance that this can be fixed?

    kind regards
    aztec

    Hi @aztec91,

Would it be possible for you provide an URL to the site in question, so we can have a look and investigate this behavior further?

You may also reach out to us on support(at)complianz.io, if you can’t share the URL publicly.

    Let me know!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Nah its fine:

    https://commacross.de/flt-produktvisualisierung/start.html

If you click on the buttons, you will get to pop-ups. The content of the popups are all in the same installation. Yet you have to allways accept the cookies.

This is not the case, if you would be on the original installation.

    The original installation would be:

    Hi @aztec91,

I haven’t personally seen a constellation like this before, so I don’t have a direct answer as to why the behavior is like this (and whether there is an easy fix or not).

I will raise this situation with the developers at the start of next week, so I hope to be able to provide you with additional information soon.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hey @jarnovos

Thank you so much for looking into that Problem. This would really be super helpfull. Since we have installations where I have more than 300 Pages. And it would be super painfull to have to go through all them to deactivate the plugin on the specific pages.

Im looking forward to the answer of the developers

    kind regards

    Hi @aztec91,

Is everything on the domain; https://www.laepplegroup-virtualdays.com/ on 1 WordPress installation, not multiple subfolders or multisite?

    regards Aert

    Hi @aztec91,

This could be because the cookies have a SameSite attribute added to them. Could you try installing the version from the link below? The SameSite attributes are explicitly set to None in this version.

Let me know if that does the trick for you.

    Hey There @jarnovos,

unfortunately it didnt solve anything. The same problem still occurs.

For now I will just no use any sites that have the complianz plugin in an iframe.

Would be nice though to have this fixed in the future.

I am still available for testing tho, so you might answer me here.

Kind regards and thanks for looking after my problem.

    Hi @aztec91,

Thank you for your reply regarding this.

At the moment, it’s not entirely clear what causes this behavior. I’ll mark this as resolved for the time being as we plan to investigate this further in the coming weeks.

I will provide you with an update once I have additional information about a solution.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
