iframe stripping

On several of my sites, I’m now having a problem with the iframe code being stripped from Elementor widgets if the user is assigned a role less than Administrator. If the user is an Administrator they can go in make a change and save the change with no problem. If they are not an Administrator but a custom role level, they can just open the page and the iFrame will be stripped out.

Any idea why this would be happening?
