iframe v3 code phpBB WordPress template integration

At date of this post the v2 and v3 code has been updated about this last fix because an instruction was added in wrong place, now it is correct (may someone already noted and corrected him self).

at date of this post the v3 code has been fixed to correctly redirect links within posts that point to same domain

the v3 code has been patched to be comfortable and to never fail:

update the overall_footer.html and overall_header.html JS code with this to have peace of mind on accessing phpBB ACP and the iframe mode on new v3 version.
