    Hi @mizuhoax,

I only understand English, but using Google Translate I believe your question is as follows:

“`I’m trying to register an image with , but it doesn’t work at all.
The image size is above the standard and is registered in png.

The text will come out, so it will be posted.
Can you help me with anything?`”

You said the image size is above standard, that could be the issue then. Google My Business API has restrictions around image sizes. It is as follows:

Google My Business has unusual image requirements and we enforce these requirements in the plugin. If your image does not meet Google's standards we will still share the post but it will just have no image. You need to make sure that the width AND height of the image is at least 250px AND the file size is greater then 10kb. Please ensure the file type of your image is standard like a jpg or png.

But if your image is really big like over 2000x2000px or over 1mb, it might be worth trying to compress it first and then try sharing again.

    Thanks,

    excuse me.

I am using a png photo sized such that the image width and height is at least 250px and the file size is over 10kb.
    But I didn’t get a photo.

    Is there any other reason?

    I’m running out of words.
I post using photos up to about 1000px.

The above is the link that appears in GBp.
Once I post in GBP, the image link does not appear.
I’m sorry, but could you tell me where the image link is?

    Hi @mizuhoax,

You are trying to share an image to Google My Business. That image has an image URL which can be found in the media library of your website. I need this URL so I can try sharing it to my on Google My Business page to see if it works ok for me.

    Thanks,

Here's the image link I'm trying to put in my media library.

When working with GBP, not only post-img.
    Could it be this link?

    Hi @mizuhoax,

When I shared this image using my own account, I didn’t have any issues. I am not sure what the issue could be on your end. I would recommend checking out the pro version of the plugin AutoSocial: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/autosocial which comes with support for your specific site. Thank you,
