Iframes within post to refresh post alone

  • Hi,
    I would like to include a table within a post. The table has lots of entries listed alphabetically. In order to ensure that the post isn’t too big, I’d like to include the alphabetic listing within the post so that the user may click on the alphabet he is interested in and the post would automatically reload.
    Kinda like this:
    A B C D
    Company Name Net Profit
    Alpha 105,000
    Aeon 110,000

    and so on. When the user clicks on the “B” hyperlink, the post should reload and show only the B entries.
    Any idea how to make that happen?
    Would be grateful for your response.
    I was thinking using an IFrame within a post?
