ifttt, thumbnail

  • my ifttt applet doesn’t show my instagram photos on the front page thumbnails. instead you can only see the captions. the photos only appear when you click on the captions, but on a separate page by itself. how do i make the instagram photos show on the thumbnail photos in front as well?

    You need to check with IFTTT, what is needed in web page source code for their crawler to extract information.

    For example, facebook sharing needs og tags, and you need to install a plugin such as yoast seo plugin which provides og tags in the web page source code.

    Find out what they need and search for a plugin that produces them.
