IG PAGE BUILDER Problem with accordion : item reset

  • Hello,
    Please, sorry for my poor english !
    I have a problem with the accordion :
    I create 3 item, I enter title, texte and choose icon.
    I save items and the accordion, then I update the page.
    I vizualise the page and, when I open the accordion again for change something, the 3rd item is reset (title, texte and icon disappeared and I have “item 3” instead of my title, and Lorem text instead of my text).
    It make me crazy, please, help me !!!

    First and foremost, thank you for your question. Secondly, Could you please clear your browser cookies and ig page builder caches and recheck. If your problem is not tackled, please let me know your page link and assign me the admin role via my email: [email protected] so that i can take a closer investigation on your site.

    Hi,
    Thanks to have answered quickly.
    I cleared my browser cookies and ig page builder caches but my problem is not tackled. I’m working for create this website with Ig Page Builder since few weeks and I have this problem from the begining, it’s not new.
    I need specifie that I change many things in differents files of your plugin (especially “bootstrap_frontend.min.css”) for adapt to my needs and my tastes. So I can’t update le the plugin.
    I’m working with a child theme, but I don’t know if it’s possible to create a “child plugin” ?
    I will send you via email the page link and assign you admin role.

    Hi,
    I’m sorry to answer so late.
    Finally, I have many difficulties with IgPageBuilder: some contents disappear when I want to modify an element.
    But I had modified some css files of the plugin before, so I don’t know if it’s because of it.
    I continue to use it, even if it is irritating.
    I shall in the future try to test IgPageBuilder on another website without modifying files css, may be it will be better.
