Ignite Page Not Showing

I have installed, activated and enabled the plugin. Everything looks like it’s in order and it works correctly on preview as well as when clicking “visit the site” from the WP Dashboard.

However, when visiting it from an incognito browser, a mobile device or after logging out of WP, it is only showing the default WP theme.

What am I missing?
