    Hello!

I have really tested this out and can say for sure that IgniteUp gets deactivated when I visit the secret URL through a new incognito window.

Can you please take a look because I really like your plugin but this bug makes it unusable.

    Please let me know.
    Thanks!

    Hi @catmaniax,

Do you mean that whole plugin gets deactivated? Or is it that you can’t see coming soon page anymore?

Because the whole plugin gets deactivated is very impossible to happen.

Please reply us via the support form for further clarifications.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

    Yeah, sorry for mistyping it.
I meant that the plugin’s functionality is deactivated and the coming soon page is no longer displayed.

    Hi @catmaniax

The issue you are describing is not happening in any other testing environments. IgniteUp plugin is deactivated with the usage of the skip URL. On your installation, it can be a conflict with your WordPress theme. Can you please check with a default theme?

    Thanks!

I couldn’t figure what the issue was so I ended up uninstalling the plugin unfortunately.

    I’m sorry to hear that.

IgniteUp has a feature of saving a browser cookie if someone visited with the secret URL. Then he will be able to see the whole website without seeing maintenance mode page as long as he has that browser cookie.

If you need to avoid him seeing the site anymore after some time, you can change the secret url key in the options page.

I think that you may have confused with the featre.

    Thanks!
