You know as well as I do that your claim that nothing works is a flat out lie.

Secondly, this is a support form, not your personal rant platform.

Respect the forum please.

If you need support from us contact us directly via our site.

If you supported my properly, you will not get this review. Once I saw a lot of 5 stars reviews on your own site and they seem to disappear. Where are they?

I respect form so I left this review to help people to avoid being cheated by some “business”.

We have *never* had reviews on our site. So I have no idea what you’re talking about in that regard.

If you directly sent us a support request please tell us the name or email address on the request I’ll be happy to see if I can find out what happened.

Same story here. I feel shit having to say this, but after 3(!!!!) mails sent through their support channel, and NOT EVEN AN ANSWER, I feel obliged to warn others buying from these guys.

My problem was with one of their plug-ins for WooCommerce, did not meet the requirements! Trying to work something out with this company is proven to be impossible, since they don’t respond to any message. Answering the phone… Nope.

IGNITEWOO – Start delivering service, or quit selling your products!

As a matter of fact, they are cheating money from people, literally.

I’m not stating that they are cheating. They are only not living up to their own statements;

Once they start delivering service… You wont hear anything negative from me again. But now, their customer service seems to be on a very long vacation…

This plugin Table Rate Shipping Pro does not work. When calculating shipping cost it outputs “No shipping methods available. Check yyour adresses…” Next surprise was the hardcoded localhost address within the plugin php file, thus preventing fully ssl-service from the server. I totally agree with them who blame ignitewoo for absolutely no service, no answers on any “support ticket” or email. That sucks!

Hey everybody — it’s not you, it’s him.

Ignitewoo isn’t a company, it’s a guy. If you want to ignite your website and burn it to the ground, use this guy’s plugins.

His code is sloppy. He relies on customers to call and tell him his software has crashed their site. That’s testing.

On top of bad code and releasing software prematurely, he’s terrible at customer service (rude, incompetent, unprofessional).

Mark, if you were serious about (improving) your company, you’d spend less time trolling forums and more on code and then testing that code. Hire someone who is competent at customer support. It’s not your thing.

So, let’s work together and kick him out of the market!
