Ignore 404’s of certain cpt slug

    We have a custom post type, posts come and go frequently menaing we have many posts in the 404 list of format

    /cptslug/post-title/

    Is it possible to ignore all posts in the 404 list that begin with /cptslug/ so that I can focus on the more important 404’s on the site?
