Ignore a Page ID with htaccess?

    I’m using:

RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

    But I want to ignore when my page_id equals 77(index.php?page_id=77).

    How do I do this?
