Ignore .htaccess from other Plugin in Scan

I would place the wp-content/plugins/fw-plugin/* path you mention in Wordfence > All Options > Advanced Scan Options > Exclude files from scan that match these wildcard patterns: https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/options/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=pluginUI&utm_campaign=docsIcon#exclude-files

Please let me know if that satisfies what you need for excluding this plugin path, I’ll be happy to help further if there’s anything I’ve misunderstood.

thank you for your information. I will exclude the path for the FW Plugin as you recommend. What should I do with the .htaacess File in the Website Root and WP-Admin path, just a File exclusion I guess?

Yes, you can exclude individual files in the same way, but just replace the asterisk (*) with the specific filename.
