Hi , is there a way to mark a block of inline css ( in a php file ) , so it’ll get ignored by the autoptimse / critical css feature

It’s just that this is css that adds a page background image , so when this is cached by the critical css , when authors remove the image it remains on the page..

    Thankyou

hmm … there’s no ignore parameter in criticalcss.com as far as I know, but what would work is overriding (unsetting) the background image in the critical CSS rule (click on “add CSS to all rules” for that) and then in critical CSS -> advanced options click the “unload critical CSS at page load” option to ensure that the background image as set in the full CSS is not hidden?

    hope this helps,

Thankyou , that’s such a good little feature as now we don’t risk criticalcss conflicting with our dynamic user generated content ( on full css load )

    Cheers for that ??
