Ignore List Should Ignore for All Settings

    Hello,

    The ignore list should ignore for all settings. If I enable ‘defer’ the ignore list which in my case includes jQuery and 1 other JS file is not ignored and defer is added, breaking the site. Is it possible for ignore to work for all options? Or to have a separate Ignore for defer?

    The ignore list is supposed to ignore all settings completely, so this is a bug (thanks for reporting)… but it has just been fixed on version 1.3.3 – so please try again.
