Ignore products list standard deactivated

  • Hi there,

    We are using your plugin to sign up buyers to our mailing list.

    The question is, we would like to choose some of our products we want our buyers to be added to the list and not all products. Is there a way to ignore all products by default and we can choose wich products we would like to sync our buyers to the list?

    Hello,

    There is the “Ignore products list” option available in the plugin settings screen, but what it will do – it will make sure that the e-commerce workflows are ignoring this item. For example when you have “Purchase any item” trigger set up – if the item is in the ignore list -> it will not trigger the workflow upon purchase.
    That is the only option available we must say. Otherwise we can not control subscriptions based on the items purchased – every buyer who accepted the marketing will be added to the list.
