Ignored Comment Preserver?

Hi there… I’m suddenly getting this code on one of my articles:

I’m fairly sure it has to do with W3 cache somehow but I haven’t changed any settings recently and it’s only showing up on one single article.
What is this? I’ve cleared cache and it doesn’t go away…. literally only on one article here: https://www.triplepundit.com/2014/08/climate-denial-smokescreen-now-extends-south-asian-food-challenges/
Any thoughts?
