• Hi, this is an update about the previous review.

    The support contacted me after seeing my message here,
    they sent me a refund quickly after that.

    They explained they did not ignore my message,
    but it was unfortunately not visible in their system.

    They are aware of the issue and will look for improving their support process.

    for your quick reaction as soon as you detected my request.

    It happened to all to make mistakes,
    and you did manage very well after that.

    I changed the rating to 4 stars.

    I feel disappointed or cheated.

    The theme has some glitches
    when it comes to displaying the elements.

    They are not well aligned.

    Even though the overall theme looks nice,
    this lack of precision on the banner,
    and the comment widget on the sidebar.

    It does not give a professional look to the homepage.

    I asked for a refund on the 28th of November 2022.
    They replied within the day, asking for some screenshots.

    I did send them with my feedback.

    Then, they ignored all my following messages
    reminding them of the refund request.

    It has been a week already.
    They remain silent.

    Are they trying to ignore my refund request?
    It seems like…

    It is a pity that TemeAnsar’s support service does not inspire trust.
    And do not reflect well on the company.

    Since I had no answers from them,
    I guess it may be helpful to post here
    and let more people know about their customer’s negligence.
