Ignoring Specific Pages

Hey I love ths site map firstly ??

My question is I am setting up a page on my site for expo competitions for my business and I would not like it indexed on google or bing.

I tried to copy/paste the link, name of the page but it still appears in the sitemap. The name of the page is called ‘Expo Competition’ with the url of https://pinkcaviar.com.au/expo-competition/

Do I put in the whole link, or the name? I have tried both. Any advice would be very helpful ??
