    Hello, I have an error with the icons in my SWAY theme, they cannot be seen and that message appears in the console, the site has a clean installation, it only has the Key Design and Redux plugin to see its options

    WordPress: 6.2
    Sway: 2.3
    Redux: 4.3.18
    PHP: 8.0

    already tested with php 7.4 fpm

    Hi,

    You are using a premium theme. Support for those is not permitted here per WordPress guidelines. Please file a report with the theme developer on their website or ThemeForest page. If *they* determine there is an issue with Redux, they will need to be the ones to contact us with the data that demonstrates this, as you are not able to provide us a copy of their theme.

    That is a core font for the theme installed WITH the theme. NOT Redux. We don’t support themes that use Redux as we did not author the theme and have no access to it. That is the responsibility of the theme author.
