Illegal offset type error in translations.php after upgrade

I have the same problem but on line 91 (Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /wp-includes/pomo/translations.php on line 91). I am using WordPress 5.1.1, WooCommerce 3.6.2 and WooCommerce Checkout Manager 4.3. The error goes away when I disable the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin so it is definitely that one.

Hi team, there’s a _e(), __() or _x() somewhere in the Plugin codebase that is not being closed correctly but for the life of me I’ve been unable to find it or reproduce this enough to track it down. I did a thorough scan 4 months ago to address this but this culprit is still there.

In the interim to us identifying which translation string is causing this PHP notice to be shown please hide PHP notices from the storefront. You can do this by reviewing the following resources:

I’m getting the same error, but I’m also getting an additional one. Both are repeating one after another about a dozen times. Maybe this might help identify the culprit.

In the meantime, I’ve turned off PHP notices as you suggested.
