Illegal String Offset

I’m getting an error in the admin console with this plugin: Illegal string offset ‘tab’ in “/homepages/41/d614883886/htdocs/clickandbuilds/UtahJusticeCoalition/wp-content/plugins/patron-button-and-widgets-by-codebard/index.php” (line 240) and another one for ‘cb_p6_tab’ (line 250). This is also preventing other plugins from not working, like one for custom CSS, it’s throwing an error saying: “Cannot modify header information – headers already sent”.
