    I updated from 4.1.7 to current version of wordpress.

    thank you I already did that
    “Go to Theme Options and click Save Changes once. See if that fixes it. “

    It did not work.

    Since then I have deactivate all plugins. this fixed the issue. However, now all my plugins are off.

    Activated them ONE BY ONE. Of Course the last one to activate was the issue. Luckily I don’t need it on any away, so click click delete.
