Illegal string offset ‘url’

I am using the latest versions of Elementor (v2.9.14) and Elementor Pro (v2.10.3) and Ele Custom Skin (v2.2.2). The error message I am getting is this:

1205I first contacted Elementor Support because this message appeared when I did an Elementor update two versions ago. However they have now told me they believe this is an Ele Custom Skin conflict with Elementor.
Can you help please. I have credentials ready if required and a staging area and a backup of the whole site.
