    How do I add Peepso to the Astra theme menu?

    Do you have any guides to recommend?
    Will users be able to post videos?
    Does Peepso optimize videos? I hope not the images, because I already have a plugin.

    Please note, the support for free PeepSo foundation and all of its plugins is provided via https://PeepSo.com/contact site exclusively. It’s NOT provided here. Please open a support ticket via our website and provide more information about your issue with the Astra theme.

    Posting video links like youtube should work, however video uploads would require a purchase of one of the Bundles.

    As for guides, you can check the PeepSo official Youtube channel. We hope you will find them helpful.

    Regarding our community, we have recently added a “View Only” limitation to anyone without an active license in order to limit the amount of actual spammers and deal with the increasing number of spam posts. If you don’t have an active license and have questions, we are happy to answer them in a support ticket.

    What do you mean by active license? Paying user? I found the contact page inconvenient. I’ll try again.

    Yes, our community is now limited to active customers, so anyone with an active paid license (monthly or yearly).

    And since we do not actively monitor the forum here (as outlined in the sticky post), the only way to get reasonably fast support without an active license is to send us a support ticket. Our support staff is happy to answer any questions, if they can.

    I don’t know how to fill in the support fields. I put them at random because there are too many and I think there is no general field. Not knowing Peepso, I would have preferred not to fill in all the fields, but title and text.

    You can do that. Please send an email to [email protected], this way the ticket will be created automatically.
