I’m desperate, my theme installation makes my site disappear!
-
Hi everyone,
I’m seeking help because I’ve been unable to use my website for months because of problems when installing a theme that I purchased. What happens is that the moment that I install the demo content, the admin area of my site disappears and I’m only able to login to wordpress some days when it appears back. It shows this error at the top of my dashboard:”Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in D:\Hosting\12238374\html\wp-content\plugins\striz-core\inc\class-import.php on line 53”.
”Striz” is the name of the theme. My site is hosted at godaddy and when the site is inaccessible it shows this error page: https://prntscr.com/nbarzm
I have already done a wordpress reset and I have re-installed wordpress from scrath and I still have the same problem. This is the second theme that I buy a theme because the previous one was having this problem with the import as well. I was advised to change my php limits and so I did, but this isn’t the problem, apparently. The theme works perfectly, the only problem is what I mention and also that I’m missing a few content files, but that’s minor.
You should also know that the theme is compatible with my PHP and mySQL versions.
Does any of you recognize this error? I’m very desperate to get my site back after all this time and all the money spent. I greatly appreciate any help.
Thank you!
