    I've recently tried to use this plugin called WCFM which is for multivendor and I found some bug after registered I am not able to setup my profile of vendor.
    
    I wish to rate my experience with this plugin in WordPress but I got such an error.
    
    Kindly help me with this also I am going to share screenshot issue I am facing.

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

    Thanks, as I see theme causing this error. Theme trying to call some undefined function.

    If you help me with these errors to solve then that will help me a lot and will make me to 100% support satisfaction from Wc lovers that will represent Your name as real Loving to the developer who try to use of Your plugging.

    More importantly, you are using a premium theme and demanding it’s support from us on this free forum. If you think it’s justified then off course you may leave your review/experience.

    Since I am using many different plugins in that themes too, I even tried this plugin to in my previous themes which were working fine.

    I think there is an issue with plugin not themes.

    As I already confirmed.

    Can we say Yes, because If we use something for and there is an issue with that, So We believe there may be an issue in the plugin?

    Yes, I mean using a premium theme that doesn’t mean not to ask for any solution from plugin provider that causes an issue by plugin?

    Demanding like what, You need money for to answer my question and problem occurred by Your plugin?

    You have written all answers in your first line.

    Plugin is working with other themes but having some issues with this theme. So, definitely this theme has something wrong which causing the issues, not the plugin.

    No, we are responsible for solving our plugin issues, but not other plugins and themes.

    If WCFM have any issues with all themes then we definitely fix that. But if you are getting issue with any particular theme (more importantly when that’s a premium theme) then we are not responsible to fix those issues. You have to contact that theme author.

    Do You know about WordPress Terms and their conditions?

    This forum does not allow to provide any support regarding premium plugins/themes. It’s only for free plugin/theme which available from WordPress repository.

    Plugin developers aren’t given licenses to premium themes, they would have to purchase the themes themselves to test/troubleshoot such issues.

    Considering that, it’s generally considered an acceptable practice for the premium theme developers to be responsible for any compatibility issues that arise with their themes.

    Plugin developers are under no obligation to provide support for their free plugins, and they especially are under no obligation to provide support for someone else’s product.

    We do not allow allow using reviews for support here, that’s extortion.

    You are, however, more than welcome to review your experience with this plugin, so long as your review is limited to this plugin.

    Considering though that these are publicly visible forums, and the developer did reply to you within 1 day for support on their free plugin, I suggest leaving the “responding too late” angle out.
