I’m getting two title tagline.

Hello kindly help me.I Don’t know anything concerning coding but I picked interest in blogging.

My problem is I’m seeing two title tagline. One at the header position where it’s supposed to be. But again one is below under menu. This happened when I set the theme from the default to 2016 theme. At first 2016 theme didn’t show my header and title tagline.

I got embarrassed. Later on , I decided work on it by myself first, so I got some code for header online and added it in additional css as I was directed by the site.

Then the tagline showed but they were two again one at the top and one beneath Menu I tried another theme Newsup but still the same. it’s not very professional to see two title tagline .

Again l checked the additional code which I added,I removed it but still I’m getting two title tagline. Please help me .
