Im having problems with the subscribe form

    Hi i’m getting an error! We placed at subscribe form on our site. It used worked before, but for some reason it suddenly stopped working. Now it tells us something like, “there was an issue sending your confirmation for your subscription, please contact the site owner”. I cant figure out whats wrong?. The only thing i can think of was, that we where waiting for approval from you guys, but it was even working at that point. Now it seems it is approved and issue is still there. Only thing i can see are these 3 errors under the system:

    Please help, I know some of it is in danish, sry for the inconvenience, but im thinking you know the errors anyways. Also i do have mailpoet running on other sites with same hosting, so i’m not thinking Cron error since its working there. What can i do?

  • I encountered a similar error after upgrading the MailPoet plugin from 3.62 to 4.5 or 4.6

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I can see that your plan was pending approval because we’ve been waiting for you to let us know that your site is ready. When a plan is pending, you can test your form with authorised email addresses only.

    I can see that your site is ready now so I went ahead and approved it. I also tested your subscription form and it seems to be working now.
