    Hello,

    —–
Update: I reached out to Elementor support also, here is the link to that page:

I believe I left you a great review already from before, as your plugin definitely helped my site speed up significantly!

Unfortunately, I am using Elementor as my page builder, and ever since Elementor did an update beyond version 2.5 (now at 2.9) I have been forced to either not update Elementor (which is a security risk), or uninstall & stop using FVM. At first I wasn’t updating Elementor, but now it’s becoming a security risk for me to not update it. Which leaves me where I’m at now. I have been forced to delete FVM (un-wanting to delete) in order for my site with Elementor to run properly.

My issue at hand (until now, after deleting FVM) was that my text overlay on my front homepage (in the body section of the page), over my gradient background & 1 picture, would just “stop” showing up. Basically, I have my text overlay where & as it should be without FVM, but with FVM I have no text overlay showing at all (in the body section of my homepage).

It was surprising when it happened, as it was all working perfectly fine before the Elementor version 2.6 update (worked fine with 2.5 & under)? I realize this could very well be an Elementor issue, but Elementor page builder is the choice I’ve made and want to use as my page builder.

So hopefully you can help fix this issue, so that I can start using FVM again?

    Thanks,
    Chris

Elementor did some changes that broke things, specifically related to the “preview” logic when editing… but it should have been fixed on FVM 2.6.1. Please update and try again.

Awesome response time Raul, and I really enjoy your FVM plugin!

Thanks for getting that updated and fixed, I know it was due to a change Elementor did, but great that you got FVM coordinated back with Elementor again!

I appreciate FVM & your help & your time,
    Thanks Raul,
    Chris
