I'm in a rare predicament

So I went to my hosting service and told them I have two sites – https://www.limesliceproductions.com and https://www.lifeanthem.com

I told them I want to cancel https://www.limesliceproductions.com and just keep https://www.lifeanthem.com

they said I’d have to deal with directing the wordpress structure/theme and elements of the page (media) to from https://www.limesliceproductions.com to https://www.lifeanthem.com

I don’t remember exactly, but I’m about 99% sure I went into the settings when logged into https://www.limesliceproductions.com/wp-login.php and I put in the field that asks what URL you want the site directed to: here I put https://www.lifeanthem.com

then, FOR SOME REASON, I don’t know why: I logged into https://www.lifeanthem.com/wp-login.pho and put https://www.limesliceproductions.com for the redirect for that site.

NOW I can’t log into either wordpress site by going to those www.ads-software.com login pages and I can’t even go to https://www.wordpress.com and log in that way.

also now for some reason when you go to https://www.limesliceproductions.com the site is all screwed up.

I’m at a total loss as to what to do at this point.
I’ve tried clicking the “FORGOT PASSWORD” link on both pages and hundred times to try resetting the password and gaining access that way.

It just sends me an email with some empty link and never allows me to change the password…

what is going on here?! any help would be so greatly appreciated.
