I’m in trouble …

I’ve been using WordPress and love it. However, as of a couple of days ago I can’t seem to be able to log-in to my admin section. It keeps saying that my password or username is wrong and I’d swear that it’s NOT wrong. What can I do? Any ideas? Is there a backdoor in???
