• I need a little help, I downloaded the buddypress plugin to my site, everything was just fine, then I downloaded the buddypress media component, and when it was doing the installation it just crashed, my screen went all white and now I’m getting the 500 internal server error. The worst thing is that I don’t know how to access to the site to try to delete these pugins or something. What can I do? Since I have no programmer, developer, technical knowledge, I have no idea of how to fix this thing. https://www.mexikangside.com
Any advice or help is well appreciated, Thanks.

  • Just get to the wp-content/plugins by FTP program like Filezilla. Move all the plugins outside that folder to deactivate it. Now you can put it back one by one to see which is the problem
