I’m new

Very new to WordPress that is, but I think after researching all that is out there, WP may be the right thing for me.

I have a question though. I am interested in putting some kind of chatbox with timestamp on one of my pages. Is there such a thing? An example of this is the very bottom module (at this time) located at https://www.jokersupdates.com.

Is there a plugin I can use to do that, or does anyone know another way I can make something like it?
