    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Over the years we’ve provided a lot of documentation for Shield security and it’s the best place to start:

Also, this question has probably been asked before and you can search the WordPress forums for questions similar to your own. Simply use the search box at the top of this page:

As of 23rd November 2017, in order to allow us to continue to develop and maintain Shield Security, we’re limiting to technical support to premium subscribers only. Please see our public announcement here:

    Thank you for your understanding.

very nice. And understandable, of course.
So I just went and paid up.
Now are you going to answer my question?
Or will I still have to dig my own way thru the haystack?

    Cheers – A

Hello Paul + thank you; so far I haven’t, maybe stuck somewhere yet. I figure that went to the eMail-address I signed up with at https://onedollarplugin.com, yeah? And that I should be on the lookout for *@onedollarplugin.com as sender? Anything else I might check for?

    Cheers – A

Yep, that’s the sender domain alright. Have a look in spam/junk too. I’ll try sending another and see in the next minute. If you don’t get that, I’ll change up how our emails are being sent in an effort to resolve it. Let me know if you see anything.

ok, yeah, they got ditched into spam by gmail. Reason given is dislike of Domain smtp.groovehq.com which appears to be misused as spamslinger a lot. This as #hth. Now I’m going to actually check what you wrote ??
